Our Mission
EmpowerED is committed to equipping teenagers with essential life skills that go beyond traditional
academics. Through leadership training, career awareness, digital literacy, and ethical development, we
prepare students to navigate life with confidence, innovation, and purpose.
About EmpowerED
Born from the belief that education extends beyond textbooks, EmpowerED is an initiative of Omodaadaa
Foundation designed to shape young leaders by fostering character development, critical thinking, and
problem-solving skills. The program engages students (ages 13-18) in mentorship, hands-on training, and
interactive workshops that build resilience and self-sufficiency.
Our Focus Areas:
• Leadership & Ethics – Developing confidence, responsibility, and the right mindset for success.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving – Encouraging creative thinking and real-world solutions.
• Digital & Tech Awareness – Introducing essential tech skills for the modern world.
• Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurial Thinking – Teaching smart money management and self-
sufficiency.
Our Impact So Far
Launched in 2024, EmpowerED 1.0 impacted 100 students from four public schools, engaging them in mentorship, leadership training, and personal development. It featured industry professionals who provided guidance on etiquette, career growth, financial literacy, and innovation.
With EmpowerED 2.0, we expanded our reach by incorporating discussions on Artificial Intelligence, leadership in the digital age, and advanced problem-solving skills—ensuring students are ready for the evolving workforce.

Our impact has been made possible through partnerships with brands like Indomie, Kellogg's, Seven Up,Edike, Young Highflyers Academy, Packway Consulting, and more. At EmpowerED, we believe in shaping future leaders beyond the classroom—empowering students to think, create, and lead.
Objectives
Our main objectives among others include:

Empowering the natives to become outstanding leaders.

Provide Teaching and Learning materials for pupils and students of the less privileged annually.

Provide adequate financial support to young pupils and students in our host communities.

Access to Scholarship programs for the outstanding indigent students both male and female in the community; from primary to tertiary level.

The ultimate aim of the support is to enable those supported to earn a living and participate in society.

EMPOWERED 2.0: BUILDING INNOVATIVE FUTURE LEADERS
A One-Day Educational Workshop Commemorating the 2025 International Day of Education
EmpowerED 2.0, an initiative of Omodaadaa Foundation, is designed to equip students with leadership, innovation, and digital skills, preparing them for a fast-changing world. Following the success of EmpowerED 1.0, this edition integrates discussions on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education and leadership, aligning with the 2025 International Day of Education theme:
“AI and Education: Preserving Human Agency in a World of Automation.”

As AI transforms education and work, students must develop skills that technology cannot replace—critical thinking, leadership, emotional intelligence, and ethics. This program ensures young minds become tech-savvy, ethical decision-makers who can thrive in any future they choose.
