MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS INITIATIVE
BREAKING THE SILENCE, EMBRACING WELLNESS

Mental health is essential to overall well-being, yet societal norms often pressure men to suppress their emotions. Omodaadaa Foundation is committed to challenging these outdated beliefs and fostering a culture where men feel empowered to seek support without fear of stigma.

Why Men's Mental Health Matters
• 1 in 8 men will experience depression or anxiety.
• 3 out of 4 suicide victims are men.
• 40% of men with mental health challenges do not seek help.
• 30% turn to substance abuse as a coping mechanism.
Addressing men's mental health is not just about awareness—it's about action. By providing safe spaces, resources, and professional
support, we can reduce the risk of violence, substance abuse, and mental health crises.

Our Mission
To redefine masculinity by promoting emotional well-being, encouraging open conversations, and providing access to mental health support for men across Nigeria.

Our Approach
